I’ve been asked several questions regarding the Incredible Home Sale. Many of you have been asking the same things. So, I thought I’d address some of them today.

1. If you’re a REALTOR, why are you selling the house this way?
Well, unfortunately, there are a LOT of homes on the market in Mesa right now. Actually, as of this morning, there are over 3200 active listings (not including those that have contingency contracts on them) just in Mesa alone. In order to get a property noticed, then sold, you have to do something different. That’s what we’re doing with the Incredible Home Sale. My clients want to move quickly. Right now, the traditional methods are taking longer due to the glut of available properties.

2. Is this house a “fixer-upper”?
No. This is a lovely home that has been maintained. There are no known repairs that need to be completed to make the house “move-in ready”. The interior has been completely repainted.

3. Is this house a short sale or lender owned property?
No. The home is NOT a short sale, lender owned or foreclosure property. The homeowners are just anxious to get it sold and get on with rebuilding their lives.

4. What is the date of the sale?
We are still working out the details. There are several dates we are looking at. As soon as we have finalized all of the arrangements, the sale date will be announced. We expect to be able to make the announcement soon. Members of the Priority Notification List will be the first to get this information.

5. When can we see more of the house?
Keep a close watch on your email and the blog. In the next day or so, you'll meet the homeowners. They will be giving you a lot of information about what makes this home so special. I'll also be posting some additional information and photos soon.

The Who, What, When, Where, Why and How
Of the INCREDIBLE Home Sale

Who:
I’m Cathey East, The Red Hat REALTOR with Jonovich & Associates Realty. I’m presenting the INCREDIBLE Home Sale on behalf of my clients, Tom and Holly.

What:
The INCREDIBLE Home Sale is an event designed to sell Tom and Holly’s 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, 2100 sq. ft. home FAST. The home is in a lovely gated community in a desirable East Mesa location.

The house will be sold to the highest acceptable bidder. The bidding starts at just $150,000. That’s almost $100,000 less than the current market value! Lots of special things are in the works to make this event the most INCREDIBLE Home Sale ever. It is guaranteed to be a lot of fun. Someone is going to get a beautiful home for an outrageously great deal.

When:
The date of the sale will be announced soon. We are still finalizing all of the arrangements.

Where:
The sale will be held at the property. We’ll be giving you all of the details in upcoming communications.

Why:
As much as they love their home, friends and neighbors, the past couple of years for Tom and Holly have been difficult ones. They have been plagued by misfortune including identity theft, fraud, medical problems, and several personal tragedies. They have made the decision to move closer to family out of state regroup and make a fresh start. Now that the difficult decision has been made, they want to move quickly.
